We have had so many compliments on our beds! We travel quite a bit and stayed in a fabulous place in Chelsea which has won many awards. We were the first guests in a new suite that they were very proud of. The bed was hard! So uncomfortable that we will not stay there again. Why do hotels spend money on decor and wonderful reception areas and restaurants but have uncomfortable beds? Apparently the Four Seasons Hotels have the most comfortable beds. So we found out the manufacturer and bought our beds from them. Many of our guests have had long journeys and many hours getting to us (far east, Americas, Africa etc) and so arrive tired. To be able to collapse, dog tired into a deep comfortable bed is such a welcome and is so appreciated. What do you think?
